*Collab with EYES brewing* Plum dunkelweiss brewed with 10kl of dried plums, molasses and star anise in the boil followed by plum puree and star anise at the fermenter stage. Rich dark toffee-brown, and topped with a large, dense, creamy off-white/toffee head, this German style wheat beer delivers subtle notes of molasses and toffee with fruity esters and has a perfect grainy, underlying bready flavour laced with lashings of plum as a true plum dunkelweiss should.
